Andries was a professional tennis player when he exchanged his sports career for writing. As a sports journalist for a newspaper, he took part in a creative competition, which earned him a position as a junior copywriter at a leading Dutch advertising agency. In addition to working with large customers and the many good experiences, he started to miss something. That something turned out to be Ed Barzilaij, who met Andries in 1999. Their friendship resulted in the foundation of Radancy. As a copywriter, strategist and artistic director, Andries switches from rock-solid strategies to fresh creative ideas easily.
